The Prao restaurant welcomes you by the water in Sainte-Maxime in a chic and relaxed atmosphere that highlights driftwood, natural materials, and soft colors. The objects have been collected during Gasparine's travels and inspirations, the hostess; the furniture has been partly designed and made by Stéphane, her husband. Simple elegance, authentic and cozy ambiance by the water, with a background music just right. Large groups sit around a big table, couples prefer a more secluded spot, while friends like to gather around the boat turned into a convivial table. Your lunches and dinners at Prao Plage invite you to the Mediterranean art of living.
Regarding the cuisine, the restaurant's menu offers southern accents through sunny and flavorful dishes combining both land and sea. The tuna tournedos competes with the sea bream ceviche; the veal tartare with truffle rubs shoulders with the creamy foie gras. Vegetables are crunchy and fragrant. Everything is fresh, seasonal, and homemade. Finally, you can't resist a pavlova with red fruits or the must-have Tropézienne from the pastry chef glacier Pothonier.
